Paying them is not easy!

I give up!

In mid 2011 I lost my job! I informed them of such as my account would not have funds for the debit order to go through. I am a single parent with no other income coming in.

They blocked the phone within reason, but as the statements were being sent to my old work email address I tried numerous times to change it with NO SUCCESS. Its a back and forth via email requesting more and more questions to be answered that I did with a response that the information does not agree! Its me!

I eventually just gave up and when I found employment early 2012 I tried to do payment on the account through Standard Bank using the cellphone number. It refused to accept the number for the payment to be processed. I emailed them again asking for assistance, as I wanted to make some payments. After numerous back and forth emails again I was eventually told that it was handed over. I contacted them and was just informed that I owe R10649.52. I have requested a statement as to see how this is made up so many times its ridiculous! The last statement I received from Vodacom is April 2011 before I lost my job! Now it is R11 199.62 due and still no idea how they got to it!
