5 Days no Landline or Internet - No Solution

On Tuesday my internet went down. I called to log a fault as per usual. When I woke up on Wednesday, my landline was also not working. I phoned in saying please add to the fault that my landline is also not working, to which I was told that it would all be sorted once a technician handled it. On Thursday I called to check the status, and it hadnt been handled yet (this is normal after only 2 days I am told). I escalated the problem to an Emergency, as I was losing money since I often work from home.

On Friday at 5pm, I received a message saying the problem had been fixed. However my landline and my internet was still not working. I phoned in and asked to speak to a manager (after 25 minutes on hold). The lady who answered forgot about me. After 20 more minutes on hold, I got sent back to the main menu. I finally got through to Boipelo a supervisor after 1 hour 15 minutes. (I am paying for this call as I have no landline). She said she would phone me back as I queried what had been fixed. She even said she would phone my brother who was at home to test the internet. This was an hour and a half ago. Neither of us have been called back, and I am told she has now left for the evening
