Went to the Vodacom Shop, they say I do not need to fill in a form, they cannot do the cancellation, must call the 111 number. I cannot sit on the phone the whole day until their call centre answers. My work has a strict telephone policy. Vodacom seems fast to provide contracts but when the contract is finished, there always seem to be a problem cancelling. Number to be cancelled is 0721503578.
