I went trough all the trouble to go to the Vodacom shop in Centurion Mall to cancel one of my expired contracts. The person in the shop said they are not able to cancel any contracts, but she will try. She phoned me this morning and said I must phone 082 1958. After an extremely long period of holding, a consultant said they can cancel the contract. To cancel another contract she will e-mail me documents to sign - and Im still waiting... How difficult do they want to make it to cancel an expired contract?? And why can't I do it at a Vodacom shop?
