I have already laid a complaint around the 20th of February. Cell c said that they are looking at the problem and that it will be fixed. I then decided to give them a month to sort out the problem. I have seen absalutely no improvement. It has actually become worse. I am sick and tired of this problem. I chose cell C because they were supposed to be a reliable provider for a good price. However its become R189 a month i could be spending on internet. Not throwing it away.
