In the last 14 days my data connection to Cell C (200gig promotion) has gone from ok to worse.
Current speeds according to speedtest: 567ms ping, 90kpbs download, 50kpbs upload.
I called in on the 26th January and got a technician who decided that it was my problem and simply refuses to log a network issue ticket, no reference number given either.
I have tried 3(!) different data sticks and a different Cell C sim card, no improvement.
Today I phoned in again, reference 1739072, and was given a lead time of 1- 1.5 weeks!?
Cell C sort out your network or give me a refund. This is not acceptable.
