Operator hangs up on me after 30mins call

I sat on the phone today with Ntsako trying to do a simple adsl line upgrade. I was for over 30mins in total on the line, after asking Ntsako to hold for me so that I can get a number he required out of my phone book he hangs up the line. I have the call recorded on my phone as evidence.

Now that meant I had to call Telkom again and wait another 30mins before been assisted. I have better things to do with my time than sit on the phone for over 1 hour with telkom just to request a line upgrade. I had meetings to attend and I had situations to resolve at work and all of this while sitting on the line.

Unacceptable.
