On the 23rd of January I reported bad service about MTN and I told to change to debit order so that I wont have any issues regarding my contract. On the 08/04 I put a debit order in place against my will for the 20th of every month only to find out today 21/04 THAT THE DEBIT ORDER WAS NOT PUT IN PLACE FOR THE 20TH BUT FOR THE 30TH OF EVERY MONTH.
MTN YOUR SERVICE IS REALLY GOING DOWN THE DRAIN
