I recently took out a contract from Vodacom. On the 4th of April, my phone fell and the screen damaged.
Because I did not have insurance at the time, Elia Nhuvunga asked if I still wanted to repair my phone. I asked him TWICE if I could pay off the repair on a monthly basis before accepting the quote. He confirmed and I made a decision to repair my phone based on that information.
Now, AFTER the repair, all of a sudden I should pay the whole amount before or on the day of collection.
The reason why I asked Elia BEFORE accepting the quote, was to make an informed decision. I would not have accepted otherwise!!!
Look forward to my complaints on every and all platforms if this does not get sorted NOW!!!
