BAD SERVICE! BAD ATTITUDE!

My daughter's BB was handed in at Canal Walk for repair. They said that they don't know what is wrong and will have to send to Jhb to investigate and then quote. I chose to hand it in at Green Point beginning December and asked their technicians to investigate instead. I had no response for 4 weeks despite my queries of progress. On 3 Jan I got a phone call to say that I must fetch the phone. They said I had not given the go ahead for repair. I said that I was never given a quote despite my many calls. My husband went in the next day (Saturday) and accepted the quote for R285 to repair the so-called liquid damage (he showed us a tiny spot) and the guy said it would be ready on the Monday or Tuesday.By the following Saturday (12th) we still had not heard anything so we went in to ask. We were told that the phone is beyond repair and there is nothing they can do despite the fact that it is still on contract. The phone was given back in an appalling state: The screen cover is completely loose, the rubber around the phone is broken, the battery housing is damaged and dirty.
