BILLING THE OLD ACCOUNT, ACCUMULATING BILL ONE ACC

1.I UPGRADED MY PHONE AT MTN SHOP CLOSE TO FISH AND CHIPS WESTGATE CENTRE I WAS TOLD THE PHONE IS 409 BUT THE THE BILLING IS 468.
2.AFTER UPGRADING THEY STILL DEBTING THE AMOUNT FOR THE OLD PHONE AND ACCUMULATING THE EXPENSE FOR THE NEW UPGRADE.THEY DID NOT SWITCH OFF THE OLD DEBT ORDER BECAUSE THEY WANT TO GAIN.
