I would also like to raise the issue of wanting to cancel my contract. How can it cost more to cancel my contract prior to the finish date than to simply let it run out?! Surely I should be able to pay a lesser fee to close my account? Or do you not adhere to the consumer protection act?! I am currently overseas and will not be using my account at all.
