Still no feedback

3 Months later and still no feedback from MTN regarding the issue of not repairing my phone. You've got my email address...

I would also like to raise the issue of wanting to cancel my contract. How can it cost more to cancel my contract prior to the finish date than to simply let it run out?! Surely I should be able to pay a lesser fee to close my account? Or do you not adhere to the consumer protection act?! I am currently overseas and will not be using my account at all. (Please use my email address and not my telephone number to contact me)
