A follow up from a previous report posted 3 April ('Phone Collected - Still No Service'). Submitting a port obviously did not work as it has been tried several times over by other Nashua employees and we still do not have a working phone. Head Office representative has called and left their number which every time I ring it goes to voice mail. There is a whole back story and complaint related to the two months it took to get the phone, and charges that Nashua has billed us for that we were assured were not ours to pay. I contacted head office to get put through to Bianca directly, she was not in. They gave me her email, I emailed through the full story which included our contractual documents which are...blank. Yes, another Nashua employee has now discovered that our contract was never fully completed. I also included details of what we wanted done as we no longer want a port (given up on that). I have not received a response.
Bianca please email and call me, if I do not answer, call again, and again till you reach me! I will NOT be calling you back, the amount of money we have spent on prepaid calling Nashua is unbelievable, we will not be spending a cent more. Thank you!
