AFTER WRITING MY LAST HELLOPETER COMPLAINT REPORT ABOUT THIS ISSUE ON 2ND APRIL AND RECEIVING A CALL FROM BIANCA S INFORMING ME THAT THE MATTER WAS BEING DEALT WITH AND I WOULD RECEIVE A CALL TO SORT OUT THE REFUND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE.
I ENDED MY CONTRACT WITH NASHUA MOBILE IN NOVEMBER 2012. I RECEIVE A MONTHLY STATEMENT REFLECTING AN AMOUNT OWING TO ME. THIS AMOUNT HAS STILL NOT BEEN PAID BACK 7 MONTHS LATER. AFTER CALLING TWICE TODAY AND BEING PUT ON HOLD REPEATEDLY AND TOLD THAT THE PEOPLE I WANT TO SPEAK WITH (BIANCA S AND SANDILE S WHO DEALT WITH MY ACCOUNT) ARE CONVENIENTLY NOT AVAILABLE WHEN STATING THAT MY CALL WAS IN CONNECTION WITH A REFUND, I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN ASSISTED. THIS IS!!!
