WORST SERVICE

Last week i reported Nashua for charging me without me having a contract with them. Since then a woman by the name of Bianca called and said she would get back to me. Since then R 733 has been debited from my account without my approval. I called in yesterday and a woman by the name Ayanda told me I'm in arrears by R400??? To top everything Nashua went off and listed me as being a bad payer. HOW AM I A BAD IF I AM NOT USING YOUR SERVICES. I am really really angry and frustrated with nashua. For the past 2 days I've been on the phone with no help at all. I've tried getting a hold of Bianca, with no luck. I no longer know what to do.
