I wrote a complaint on Hellopeter regarding money that has been owing to me by Nashua mobile since February 2013. I received a response from Bianca S on the 29th of April saying that senior management was dealing with my complaint and were viewing it in very serious light. It is now the 21st of May and I am yet to even receive a call or an email from Nashua. Yet another month has now passed that Nashua has owed me money and I am not even able to speak to someone who can tell me what is going on. Durbanville passed the buck to the main branch on Durban Road. We heard nothing from them and eventually called Durbanville again today who said that the matter is now being dealt with by Bianca S at head office who has done nothing more than respond to my public complaint to make it look to the public as though Nashua Mobile are doing something about it, when actually they have done nothing to sort it out for the past 3 months.
