Peter, this is a continuation of my previous report/complaint. Bianca S from Nashua Mobile responded to previous complaint with a follow up call to say they will be looking into our complaint and will get back to us. This was a week and a half ago. We have made 3x further calls to Bianca since then and on each call she didn't really know what we were talking about which just goes to show that nobody has taken the time or initiative to follow up on this complaint. On Tuesday 28th Bianca assured me that we would be called back by the area manager or his manager Pricilla - to which we still have received no call. We are angry and frustrated, this process has cost us a lot of money in phone calls alone to which we never get any other response than we'll phone you back which they never do, where do we go from here?
