MY LANDLINE WAS REPORTED FAULTY ON THE 19TH NOVEMBER2012, REFRENCE 315CNZ191112. Since then in December 2012 i had atechnician visit us twice to tell us it's a cable fault, After that month after month we have been promised via sms to my mobile no as follows;TELKOM HAS CONCLUDED ITS INVESTIGATIONS.THE CABLE IN YOUR AREA WILL BE REPLACED AND RESTORATION OF YOUR SERVICE IS TARGETED FOR 05/02/13 .--05/03/13--05/04/13--THEN 2013/04/18 STILL NOTHING.Only another SMS there is still an open fault on your [URL Removed] ON GUYS IN THIS DAY AND AGE OF TECHNOLOGY IT TAKE YOUR COMPANY 5 (five) months and you STILL CAN'T FIX A FAULT.Out of desperation I went & bought a NEOTEL LINE.
