We would like to say a big Thank you to Telkom for their prompt response. Our Telkom line got hit by lightening during the weekend, we reported it to Telkom on Saturday evening. We were contacted by a technician the following day, Sunday and our line was repaired by that afternoon. We are so impressed by the excellent service from Telkom. Thank you!!
