I reported a fault on my ADSL line last Wednesday morning and logged a call with Telkom.
A Telkom technician (Kabelo) promptly arrived at my house on Wednesday afternoon to investigate the problem and discovered my cable needed replacing.
Vincent helped me on Thursday and completed the job on Monday morning first thing. I was very impressed with the quick response time, the professional service and friendly attitude. Thanks Telkom!
