Cell nr 0845129881 - The 8th April I logged a call, since I did not receive any sms and when someone called on my cellphone the message was that the nr does not exist and I did not receive any missed call. Friday, 12th April, my cellphone's service connection was completely deleted up until today, the message I received is that my sim connection failed. The staff at MTN Mountain Mill followed up on a daily basis with the Technical Team at MTN's Head Office, but with no luck. This coming week, 22 April, will be the third week without my cellphone and it is really very inconvenient. I am suppose to pay my bill the end of the month, but I could not use my cellphone for 2 weeks and I am not sure if MTN will grant the airtime and sms for April, because the due date was today, but according to the Technical team, my number does not exist on their systems.
