I really don't understand why my cellphone banking always gives me technical error messages whenever I try to buy airtime, few seconds ago I tried to buy airtime then gave me that "error technical message" few seconds later I receive an sms telling me R60.00 has been deducted from my account yet I never got my airtime this is seriously a rip off from Standard bank I'm happy at all and this is the third time happening. can somebody tell me why is this happening or whether I should just deactivate my account with cellphone banking.
this is a day light and I hate when a service provider does this to me
