Airtime not granted as promised

I contacted the call centre on 01 April 2013 to request that they refund my airtime of R60, as my BlackBerry was loaded with a R59 MTN data bundle on 01 April 2013 which was not compatible with my cellphone.

The call centre agent indicated that my airtime could only be refunded after 30 days, and that i should call back on 30 April 2013, once the data bundle expired in order for them to effect the R60 airtime refund. He further promised that he would make a note on the system, and i should just give my cellphone number as a reference.

I contacted the MTN call centre (number 083 173) again today, 30 April 2013. The agent then indicates that I will not be granted a refund.

MTN thus made a R60 profit without providing a service to me..

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
