In the past 2 months I have been without connection for at least 3 weeks to a month, my cellphone being disconnected twice during the period. On both occasions I was told it is the sim card, the phone, and once even that my number is a pre-paid number with no money loaded (i am a contract client of at least 8 years with MTN).
On the second occasion I was cut off from the 808 line, couldn't register on the MTN Active platform and found it neary impossible to speak with someone who could actually assist me in MTN . On both occasions after speaking with MTN and having been assured by MTN that they were not at fault I was miraculously reconnected soon after the call! I am expecting the same in April - goodbye MTN I am an ex client in July when my contract expires." Everywhere you go" seems to be limited in my case?
