Bad service from call centre agent Gift Sirwali

I entered int a new contract with Gift Sirwali. Service was disappointing. No feedback or update about ready to collect date and send complete wrong modem from what was ordered. Just no interest shown in any form of customer service. No feedback and never return calls after messages left. What a shame poorest service from Nashua in almost 20 years. Very disappointed. Shame on you Gift Sirwali. You wasted my time and money as I needed the modem and sim card urgently and you could not even see to the correct item being deliverd or advised me it is ready to collect it. Obviously no interest in the job you are doing. Give somebody that wants to a chance you are an insult to customer service.
