Yesterday 18/04/2013 i called in to MTN to request a copy of my itemised billing Andrew Crouch assisted me with the he was confirming my Email address which had been taken down wrong twice already by other agents as i read it to him he shouted at me like a child telling me that what he said what right and i should just agree with him! I've never ever been spoken to like that by someone before, especially not in the customer service industry!!! instead of saying yest its correct or stop me and say the email he has is correct! i went on to call him an a h*le but unfortunately that's what he was! PLEASE listen to the conversation i had with him!! i do not appreciate being so disrespected by someone and hope you take this matter up! and to date i have still not received my itemised billing and i requested I've been requesting it since 16/04/2013
