I have requested an itemised billing from Vodacom on Friday very early hours of the morning and they requested letter stating the reason why and copy of ID. I have faxed and emailed them a request letter and copy of ID. Later they send me an SMS to say they have received my fax and I will be assisted within 24hours.

I have being waiting for my itemised billing even today. when I call them to find out how far, they told me that the call is being closed. But I haven't received my itemised billing information.

The reason for requesting the itemised billing is that I have signed a new contract with Vodacom on the 7th October and on the 30th October I am already owing the R2600 worth of data. On top of that I am not using the cellphone number everyday. The SIM card is out of the phone I am using a top up SIM card on the new phone.
