I had a 2-year contract with Virgin Mobile SA which started April 2011 and I gave notice to end contract by end March 2013. In the first month I was only billed the contract fees and from the second month I started to pay for additional calls with the contract fees. Thus, the calls made above contract fees gets charged a month after. Fine. However, I have canceled my contract to end on March 2013, and I understood that I will still have a last bill at the end of April (for calls made outside contract fees during March 2013), but when I received the bill, I was charged contract fees again?!?!?
I tried to contact the customer care for assistance in this matter twice. Twice the different operators got all my details to identify me and I explained my reason to call. Twice I was cut off at that point. I have now waited sufficient time to see if ANYBODY from the customer care centre will return my call and hopefully tell me some good news, but seems that type of customer service does not get seen to.
Pls can this matter be dealt with soon and efficiently?
