My name is Kenneth Skweit, i recently lost my phone and on Saturday i bought a new phone from MTN in Protea Glen Mall. I requested my former Vodacom number and they told me i must come during weekdays because they do not do "porting" over the weekend. Since Monday they being sending me back saying they have a online problem. Everyday they ssy the same story and they are very rude and do not even care or helpful in any way. Even when i ecplain that this is my business phone and i require the number working they are not interested to even listen to me. They will make me wait while they busy with personal calls or chatting to each other and when i try and complain they do not bother and tell me i can go anywhere and complain. Im tired and exhausted my efforts and even tried dalling their call centre however im told that i can only porter my phone from the store.
