Dear Clicks it was quite dissapointing to visit your store at the new Protea Glen mall. there was only one cashier at the till and there was more than 7 customers wanting to pay. Why is it that the supervisors in your stores are present and see the issue but hardly try something to resolve this. The lady was there but nothing was done or openning more tills, ultimately one cashier came and assisted but still the queues were long. The first days of the months are busy and how can you not schedule satff. Especially now as it was just after month end. I hope this changes as other Clicks stores really do something when the queues are long and the one at the Glen Mall does not even care about how many people are there and they dont have the whole day. When we are at the store its not that we are bored but the fact that we need staff and would appreciate it if you give us the service we deserve.
