Paying for a phone which is out of stock

I would just like to inform Autopage&people how disgusted&frustrated i am right now! Recently i upgraded 2an iphone5 64gb-1stly the person who did my upgrade@H/O-didnt inform me that there'll be an xtra charge/month! 2ndly-the person also didnt inform me that if i take this phone that i'll have to increase my insurance on this phone! 3rdly-it took3weeks 2do the sim swap to work&when i eventually got the sim to work-i had my phone on 14/3/13
I logged an insurance claim by Cape Gate&was informed@store level that i was under insured&the excess will be@R1800
however 1month later i still havent received my replacement phone&i could have done a sim swap to use my contract No but the trick is that the iphone4 uses a micro sim&the iphone5 uses a nano sim which will result in doing 2 sim swaps@my cost!
The Cape Gate branch informed me that is out of stock 4a while now&they dont know when they'll be able to help me!
i've been with Autopage for years&now i have 2 use a prepaid no&feel like stopping my debit order until i receive my new phone-as i'm paying for a service which they cant deliver! Please advise as@the end of April i will stop the debit order until i receive my new phone
