I was contacted by Sibongile to upgrade my 3 phones. I asked her to send email information about the phones from which I could select. This didn't happen and I phoned CellC and requested the list again. Nothing happened. Saturday 30 March I went to Game to do the upgrade there. We were informed that the upgrade could not be done because CellC was busy with the upgrade which was odd because I haven't had the chance to select phones. I emailed them and asked them to reverse their so-called upgrade. Tuesday 2nd April I phoned them and asked them personally to cancel their procedures. I was told everything was in order and I could upgrade at Game. When I got there we were still unable to upgrade due to the old problem. I was sent back home to contact CellC who informed me that I could do the upgrade at Game. I went back and still the same message was shown on the computer. I reported the case to ICASA and I sent a copy to CELLC. This morning I spoke to Mandla at Morningside branch and he promised me he would have a solution for me before 2 o'clock. It is now way past two and needless to say still no service or answers from CellC. Is it possible to get any service from CellC?
