Insurance claim approved: non delivery since 24Ap

I lodged an insurance claim with Finrite (Autopage insurance company) for a iPhone5 on the 15th of April. The claim was approved by Finrite on 24 April and the only feedback I am receiving is that they dont have stock. They cant give me an estimated delivery date, as apparently their supplier cant give them an estimated delivery date.
I also requested to do a sim swop at 2 of the Autopage branches (La Lucia Mall and Ballito) and they had no stock.
So I am paying for a service I cant use. I had to revert to using a prepaid sim card as I cant use my contract number I have had for years.
Regardless of not having stock to service their existing customers, they are still advertising the iPhone5 for new customers. How can you advertise a product you cant deliver?
I have requested numerous people to contact me back to assist and if I don't call, I don't hear from Autopage.
