Last night my wife was carrying a multitude of parcels into the house & her phone slipped out of her hand & the whole glass section of the phone is now totally smashed, i told her to make time & go and claim from insurance as it is dangerous and could cause her serious harm.
My wifes phone bill totals about R1600 a month (& would think she should be considered a valued customer) she headed to Autopage Midrand, spoke with a very helpful gentleman, Aggin Selepe, who told her that they would not have stock of a replacement for 3 weeks, but she could upgrade to a iPhone5 32gb for R1500 with the excess of R500, an additional R2000!!!
Do you expect that a person conducting business on their phone can wait 3 weeks for you to find stock??
When she is insured for the amount of R10 000 & the iPhone5 32gb retails for R8599.99 (app. this is all you have stock of) Why can you not replace it?
When she sits down with a large customer and he says "whats wrong with your phone? " Do you think this wont become a topic of conversation and how bad Autopage customer service is?
Aggin told my wife they would try to accomodate her and called Natasha Loubser, after 20 mins she answered & said no..?
