After a lengthy fight with the autopage in-house insurance and numerous phone calls from my side the issue of my phone was eventually resolved on 3 December 2013. I have been told by the lady that my new phone should be ready for pick up on Friday 6 December 2013, but no phone was delivered. I have been informed by the Cape Gate branch that they only receive delivery's on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. I have phoned the Cape gate branch on 9, 11, 13 and 18 December and still no phone delivered. The phone I have to receive as agreed is the Sony xperia V but have been told they only receive the Sony xperia Z1. How long does it take for something as simple as a phone to be delivered.
I am fedup with the horrible service received by Autopage. this is not the first time that I have problems in the last 6 years of being a customer. think it is time to move on to a cell phone provider that provides a decent service.
