I have given my phone in for repairs on the 22nd of march and its been almost 4 weeks Nd they haven't called or made any effort to contact me for taking so long to repair my cell phone. Every time I would need to call out of my own and waste time with useless consultants and broken promises of being forwarded to the supervisor.
I get told that they are out of stock and awaiting spares when I call. AWAITING SPARES FOR 4 WEEKS?!?! Surely someone should get stock by now? Yet no one can give me a time limit or a notice of progress!
Ridiculous, I am really unimpressed by this useless service. I have even spoken to MTN over Facebook. The person told me to phone the repair centre (?) really!?
I don't even want the dam phone anymore...
