Complaint opened 2 months ago, still no resolution

I opened a complaint with 8ta on 9 Feb 2013 regarding extremely slow internet after hours, 5pm onwards. I've shown them proof of my speed tests: [URL Removed] clearly a problem with too many people on the same network.

The internet connection is so slow, I can't use the connection at all. It's so slow that most of the time, my browser times out. They are selling a product to me, that I can't use at all. In essence, 8ta is from me.

They have repeatedly came back with: "apologies for the inconvenience" responses, and I've been given more than one reference number to the same issue.

I've had it with 8ta, and demand answers. What happens when I don't pay my account, they run and post "bad payer comments" on our ITC statuses, but what happens when 8ta don't bring their end of the bargain... they simply get away with it.

This is, and I'm rather furious about this. 2 Months and no resolution? Seriously, this is pathetic. I've been told they'll add another antenna, but this doesn't solve my problem now.

Do they expect me to keep paying for this useless product for the next few months it's going to take to build a new tower?
