I have taken out a Telkom contract, the line needed to be relocated within a month of taking out the contract and trying to get the line relocated has been the worst customer experience ever!
I have some of the details of the useless telkom call centre agents who cannot assist me in relocating my line:...
29th October: 20min on hold, Telkom are offline 8:30am
11:03am, called again, 25min on hold, spoke to Sophie, only to be told Telkom are STILL offline.
30 October: 32min on hold, Requested for email to be sent with copy of my ID new address and details of request to: [Email Removed] at 9:08am.
No feedback received AT ALL.
31st Oct, 9:am. on hold for a whopping 45min, followed up if the email was received, was placed on hold for a further 15min, hung up as I was still NOT getting any service.
Called again at 12:00, spoke to "Dimples", who could not follow up on the call, and could not give me a reference number for the call. Could not give me any feedback on the status of the relocation of the line.
Was told I would get feedback in 7 to 10 working days. (DISGUSTING SERVICE)
