Visited the MTN Boulders Branch on Saturday 13/04/2013. On this day I was at this office to request some services. While there the queue was a bit long and the service slowed down significantly. At was stage all three consultants were attending to a single consumer for at least 30 min. Two consultants were constantly on their cellphones while the service collapsed in the branch.
Most of the customers started leaving the branch in disgust with the consultants. It was clear that they did not care because the service never recovered but collapsed even worse. I also had to leave without being helped after waiting for almost an hour.
MTN you need to catch a wake up because this behaviour can cause the company to loose business.
