Thank you once again for your bad service. This is my third time that I have been to this branch and twice I have been very disappointed. Rude consultants, consultants ignoring customers, talking on cellphones instead of telling customers they will be with you shortly? This is supposed to be company with good customer service. I had to go ask somebody to help me after 20 minutes of sitting and nobody even looking my way. When I finally stood up everybody was very apologetic, but the damage is done. Even though the car was booked in, the consultant did not know what parts needed to be replaced. Problems that were "fixed" te previous time I was there are still there. And i have been waiting a hour for a lift and have been told I'll to wait another half an hour? Pathetic! I will not recommend Peugeot northcliff to any customer. And I willl definitely not buy a peugeot again with such bad service.
