Im Genoeg / Enough with Calrton Center Branch, ( Something must be Done), the consultants are very moody, they help people when they want instead they play around with each other, The business consultants are just a failure... its been 3 months now i don't get any help for my business Internet banking, so many excuses, you sit there an hour and then after that they will tell you people to authorise are in a meeting or not there... the service in that FNB branch is... I tend to believe It now, In branches where there's is 95% of black customers... the service is given to customers, and when the majority is white people... service is good. The attitude within those male consultants stinks...
