On 20 Mar2013 I ported my celno from Nashua mobule to Mtn. Mtn put the no in a data stick (accidentally) was supposed to be in a BB z10. I canceled the data stick to free my celno. The no went back to Nashua mobile. On 11 Apr 2013 I got my celno back at nashua mobile. They upgraded me (on my request) to a MTN anytime R200 contract with the new BIS included. Ever since the BIS (and all other data) did not work. Last night (16 Apr) I discovered that everything on that phone is blocked. SMS = operator determined barring. Phone call = your sevice had been suspended, Please contact your service provider. Internet link = You are in an area that cannot handle cummunication (while every one else in the same area has no problem) Internet banking = failed to establish connection. I spend hours on the phone to 0861 412 412, 011 2078017 and in the local branch. They already did 2 sim swops and a dosyn of rica requests.
