I applied for an upgrade a week ago. MTN cut off my phone services immediately. These were eventually restored after me being without my business tool for 2 days. But only after I'd complained on this site. Now it seems that nobody knows anything about my upgrade, despite me having a reference number emailed to me confirming the upgrade. The call centre is no help, they transfer me from pillar to post. If I have to give my ID and phone numbers to one more person I may just scream. I've emailed customer complaints. No response. I'm starting to doubt I'm an MTN customer. Except they debit my account every month, so I must be.
