I have been standing in the line at the MTN store in Eastgate mall, for 30mins. There are 5 teller points, of which only 2 have consultants helping customers. I have seen about 5 employees in the bak room. Is this the service MTN delivers to its clients? This is absolutely unacceptable!!! The consultants are more interested in going to buy food than helping customers!!!
