I have an Mtn anytime 100 topup contract. My problem is that I have airtime but cannot buy data bundles with it. I have the app and tried cellphone banking *141*6#. Not one of them works, the app has an error while the cellphone banking says I have no airtime, when I have R100 at least. Why is this?
Let's say I want to use R29 to buy 75 mb, then that should deduct from my airtime. This means I have no way to get internet bundles, unless I spend extra. I used to be able to buy one.
Let me know why this is happening. It ducks, and I need data.
