MTN big time and is giving me unnecessary headache!! What's the use of buying data bundles for accessing the internet when money is being deducted from your airtime amount and not your data bundles?!? The customer services agent is blaming my mobile phone and he says its because I'm opening multiple websites at the same time?!? Without a SIM CARD you cannot make calls or access the internet so how the is it my cellphone's fault that my airtime is being deducted from accessing the internet and not the DATA BUNDLES THAT I BOUGHT FOR ACCESSING THE INTERNET?!?
