We moved so changed address, i was told that they cannot move the line as the lines have been and it will take up to a year to replaced. so i cancelled (even though they tried to convince me to keep paying and not have any internet). I called back to find out why they are billing me. oh no it is because it was never cancelled, cancelled again, called back again, asked why blah blah - same story x 3. NOW i am trying to open an Aita account (bless my soul) and they won't give me an account because I OWE TELKOM MONEY!!! Really - you can be this extremely pathetic, useless and incompetent. Really??? My Job is to support Telkom's main Network, 24/7 so I cannot do my job cause Telkom can't do theirs
