I found that the debit order that I set up with RSA web through their online tool was not working. They suspended my account! I called as soon as my website went down (to pay as soon as possible). I was sent from pillar to post and no one from accounts or the service desk was available. I was first in the queue for over 5 mins. I got hold of the operator who told me that all of accounts must be in a meeting and that no-one was available (even in support!). My website being down not only affects sales but my reputation!
