It is now the 3rd month after i have logged my complaint regarding poor 3G in my area and still nothing has been done!!! My phone remains on EDGE and my complaint has not been satisfactorily resolved, this is really appauling, im looking for top managment to adress my complaint!! Im not willing to move from my house (Which is 5kms from MTN) to another suburb becasue of this. Please may I get some kind of attention!!!
