BAD SERVICE AND CANNOT GET THROUGH TO LEGAL DEPT

My Vodacom account has been paid up and my credit profile has not been updated. I CALLED VODACOM 082 111, 082 1905 AND 082 1946 all of them put me through to legal. I explained to each of them that the voice prompt wants me to enter in my ID number which I do and the system tell me its incorrect and cuts the call!!! I tried to get this sorted out for over 2hours!! The last person i spoke to MARIA on 082 1946 was extremely rude when I asked her not to put me through to legal as the call keeps cutting off. Nevertheless she still transfers me without asking!! The service is appauling and I see why many consumers move to other service providers. I only want to know why my credit status has not been updated after the account has been paid up and when the update will be done!! I CANNOT GET ANYONE IN LEGAL DEPT!!!
